Annual HOA Assessments are mandatory for all homeowners and must be paid April 1st 

 After April 10th they are late and will incur late fees of $18.75.

 ALL OF THE BOARD MEMBERS ARE VOLUNTEERS AND RECEIVE NO COMPENSATION

What are the HOA Dues used for?

• Landscaping of all common area (this is our largest expense) it includes cutting the lawn, trimming of all trees and shrubs, pinestraw and seasonal flowers.
• Insurance for HOA Property
• Property Taxes
• Business Operating Expenses
